Position Overview
As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with our government customers and our technical delivery teams to ensure swift and agile delivery of technical solutions supporting a large number of cross functional technical teams. You will work directly with our team of infrastructure operations leads to ensure delivery of supporting services and functionality, as well as liaise directly with the product owners, IT Project Managers, and technical leads of multiple technical teams to ensure effective delivery of large cross functional technical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and track work according to SAFe principles.
Plan schedule and lead agile delivery ceremonies for multiple technical teams.
Coordinate, plan, track and report on delivery of large cross functional initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be in the continental US and authorized to work in the US.
Experience in agile concepts and frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience as a scrum master, product owner or agile lead in and agile environment.
Experience with project management and tracking tools.
Experience working with and coordinating between multiple teams.
Ability to obtain a public trust.
Preferred Qualifications
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience.
Agile certifications.
Public sector experience.
