Marketplace Systems Integrator

The Heathcare.gov marketplace is a large and complex environment. The MSI team lead governance and coordinates activities across teams and provides technical guidance/oversight of the architecture for a complex, interoperable set of systems.

Federally Facilitated Exchange Oversight (FFEO)

The FFEO contract supports the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIIO) with analysis, oversight, risk assessment, outreach and monitoring to ensure third party compliance with Direct Enrollment (DE) and Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) program requirements.

Beneficiary Claims Data API/Data at the Point of Care

BCDA: Enables Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) to retrieve Medicare Part A, Part B, and Part D claims data for their aligned beneficiaries.

DPC: Shares Medicare Fee-For-Service data with healthcare providers that can be used at the point of care to inform them of things they don't already know, to confirm things that are suspected, to fill gaps in care, and to improve patient safety.

Blue Button 2.0 (BB2.0) & Beneficiary FHIR Data Server (BFD)

CMS empowers beneficiaries and their caregivers to view and share health data, track progress toward healthcare goals, and control claims data through Blue Button 2.0.

Medicare Drug Program

Operate and enhance the Medicaid Drug Program (MDP) system which enables Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) with the capability to provide proper oversight of the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program and provide support to drug manufacturing companies and state agencies.

End Stage Renal Disease Quality Reporting System Scoring and Feedback II

CMS aims to refine and standardize dialysis care measures, ESRD data definitions, and data transmission to support the needs of Medicare’s ESRD program; empower patients and consumers by offering facility service and quality information; provide quality improvement support to dialysis providers; assure compliance with conditions of coverage; and build strategic partnerships with patients, providers, professionals, and other stakeholders.

Quality Payment Program Clinician Interface and Scoring

CMS seeks to improve Medicare by helping clinicians focus on caring for their patients rather than filling out paperwork. CMS will continue to listen and take steps towards reducing burdens for clinicians and improving health outcomes for Medicare patients.
